First of all I would like to thank for yours advises and good feelings. I hope for all to cured and enjoy full health.
After the discussions with my doctor he told me the catheter ( Endovascular emblloization) should be the first option for the treatment. He not recomend the gamma knife unless the catheter is inapplicable. I found a French professor his name is Prof.Jacques Moret he work as visitor doctor in cairo. i am try to booking with he.
