I’m just getting noticeably dizzy and for me the best fix is to reduce my heart rate / blood pressure. If I do lots of work, keep going, I end up with headaches and dizziness. If I take it easy, it seems better. I’ve been advised to not smoke, not drink alcohol and stop drinking coffee (i.e. avoid any stimulants).
