Had one of the worst weekend in a loonnng time..started having my Anixety Attacks AGAIN (I suffered from them before my brain bleed/AVM) feeling on edge ALL the time that fight or flight mode continuly & what didnt help was that my daughter went away to camp with the Brownies (1st time away from home) :-(
