Hi to all who welcomed me and those also recently joined. Thanks for the comments and sorry I took a while to reply. Have been struggling to try and manage recurring symptoms. I have residual shunt in brain stem area and consultant wants to avoid risk of more embolisation in this area. Suggested rest, no work or travel (flights) for a couple of months. Main fistula responded well to recent embolisation and it has been known for residual shunt to also resolve itself over time. Guess I need to be patient, have faith and trust. Hard to manage though! I feel lucky compared to other stories here. We all need to remain positive.
