The cerebral arteriography that was performed 2 weeks ago shows the AVM is occluded, thanks to the embolization made 6 months ago. This is a real success since it was expected that 2 to 3 embolizations, followed by surgery will be necessary. I think that I was lucky to be cured by a great neuroradiologist team. A follow up is necessary because repermeabilizations are not unusual, and also because i have is an anevrism on the intracranial carotid, due to the very high flow that was present for many years in the AVM. I hope that this success will encourage other people.
