Can anybody inform me what are these symptoms?
I have been diagnosed with a 2x3 cm aneurysm on spinal artery (left).

I had what sounds like the same issue in my spinal cord in late 2012. The symptoms I had was while resting back in the recliner my left leg would just fall over lip and then it began to be difficult to walk straight with out dragging my left leg. Not for sure where your conditions is at and even if this might be of help.
