Sciatic pain after embolisation

Hi! Just had my first embolisation for my pelvic avm this week. Overall, I am happy, lots of positives, but I keep having this pulling from my buttocks, down the back of my leg to my ankle. Feels like sciatica. Anybody experienced something similar post procedure?
