SAMe Over-the-Counter Anti-Depressant

Has anyone tried SAMe? It’s over-the-counter, and it’s supposed to have little to no side effects.

I am trying to find a psycologist that can help me with my depression since my brain bleed....Will let you know IF I ever find a good one. I looked at SAMe and you can't take it along with your anti-depresson med...and I think you should talk to your doctor before stopping your med. I just found this "Depression After a Brain Injury" and thought I would send a copy to you as well.
