Hello.

I have read comments on this site since my brain AVM treatment almost three years ago. I am very fortunate in that my AVM was not as serious as others (the neurosurgeon described it as a 2 on a scale of 1 to 5). It was successfully treated with Onyx Embolization and did not require a craniotomy.

I am also an author and am writing a novel based, in part, on my experience. Before shopping it to agents, I want to make sure my experience was not atypical. I know every case is different, but if you would be willing to read about 18 draft pages (less than 5,000 words) to confirm my description I would greatly appreciate your help.

Let me add that, since I was about 20 years old, I had terrible migraine headaches. I assumed it was due to severe allergies. Now that I am AVM free, I have no migraines.
