Post Op Help

To give a bit of an update since it’s been a while since I was on here, her recovery has continued. It’s been about 2 months since the surgery. 2 weeks back she went for her first bike ride post surgery. we went riding together and for the first time in her memory, she biked for a couple of kilometers and didn’t start feeling dizzy or have a headache. Her legs got sore (especially where she’s had the numbness) but her head was totally fine. Since then, she’s rejoined the gym and started working out a bit. running on a treadmill is still a no-go as she has almost fallen a few times. we are going to try to go running out in the world this weekend to see how she does. she’s been walking and doing simple calisthenics and trying to get progressively more active. The big big change now is when she works out, her body gets tired and her legs and arms get sore but her head doesn’t feel dizzy or like there’s a massive pressure anymore. now her limbs stop her, not her head.
