Betsy, tranexamic acid nasal spray and Avastin nasal spray are currently being studied for effectiveness in stopping HHT nosebleeds, which are caused by malformed vessels and can be life threatening. Please ask Ashton's doctors if either of these nasal sprays might be helpful in controlling the bleeding.
