Neuro Film Festival 2011

AVM Survivors, Friends, and Family,

You already know that there are thousands of inspirational stories in this community, but did you know we also have many talented filmmakers.

If you have submitted a video to the AAN Neuro Film Festival please announce it as a comment to this discussion. Learn more about the Neuro Film Festival here.

Everyone else, please support the entire community members by voting on every single video here. The top videos will be screened at the film festival in Honolulu. It would be amazing if every single video submitted by an AVMSurvivors.org member was screened in Honolulu.

Filmmakers, post your videos. Community members, vote to have the video screened in Honolulu.

Great video Kim. Jaclyn is an amazing young woman and I’m sure you’re very proud of her. Her courage is astounding!

You must have used another computer to vote twice?? I tried voting for several but website would only allow 1 vote. :(

I truly want to support my fellow survivors. I find this site way too difficult for me to understand. I feel that I can't offermy vote as I can't figure out how. I would have thought that the site would have been designed with the gognitively impaired members in mind. I find this all quite disturbing as I feel I'm being forced to be of no support.

Sincerely,

Kurt V Cybulski

Good morning Kurt,

I'm sorry you're having difficulty with this site. It's been my experience only 1 vote is allowed :(. Here are members specific entries for review then to decide upon:

http://patients.aan.com/neurofilmfestival/index.cfm?event=vote:video.view&film=121

http://patients.aan.com/neurofilmfestival/index.cfm?event=vote:video.view&film=186

http://patients.aan.com/neurofilmfestival/index.cfm?event=vote:video.view&film=209

http://patients.aan.com/neurofilmfestival/index.cfm?event=vote:video.view&film=183

Hope this helps,

Patti

This is such a wonderful idea. It will be great for others to watch and listen to the stories, first hand, of people who live with brain disorders. I didn’t see this until now otherwise I would have entered. Oh well, congrats to everyone who did enter and let others see your story <3

Wow, after watching all these videos it makes me feel proud to be a member of this sight. Everyone did such a wonderful job. Thank you for sharing your stories with us.
