Mindfulness: think about it!

It's a beautiful morning, and life is a buzz all around me. Automobiles are zipping down the road, the grandmother clock is heartily ticking away, the birds are out of their nests, and surely the squirrels are busily gathering their winter stash. The colorful lights are still on at the neighbors house. Bliss! MINDFULNESS is the art of being quiet, breathing at a calm pace, being actively aware of what is going on around you. Take a few moments to practice mindfulness at this moment. Just enjoy yourself and your surroundings. Life IS good. Share your moment of mindfulness here. Try this daily,take mental note of your experience, you may even choose to journal it!!

I’m a big fan of mindfulness.

It’s so easy to be on auto-pilot, until we intentionally - or not so much in my case - slow down and pay attention to what we’re doing.
