I had an embolization yesterday (they were successful this time!) and I had an amazing anesthesiologist who suggested we include ketamine in the drug cocktail to put me under. It’s just my anecdotal experience, but while I’m still in a lot of pain - I think the ketamine has been really helpful to manage it from the offset. Just wanted to pass that along for anyone else who struggles with post-embo pain!
