Embolization in February didn’t work because they discovered that there are two veins from the AVM. I am waiting for my third Gamma Knife. :pensive:

Ahhh Jeez Hermione, sorry to hear that! Are you having it soon? Gamma is tough with the waiting…at least with an embo you know right away. Do they think a third gamma has a decent chance of obliterating your AVM?

They would have had a date in mind already for the Gamma Knife, but without anesthetic. I have now requested anesthetic and am waiting to hear back. But yes, they do think a third Gamma Knife will work… eventually.
