Well this time 8 years ago I was on the I.C.U ward with Drs telling my family it was touch and go with me and they didn’t no iff ide survive!!!

Thanks everyone it’s much appreciated just got to try and get running again which is a downer for me as I want to start competing in sports again as is what I used to do a lot of before the AVM!!
