I was wonder if there was anyone with an AVM in their Left Insular Cortex region. I have one in the anterior portion. It has caused adult onset Epilepsy, and was operated on in 2010 by craneiotomy to attempt to remove, but was not successful. I was wondering if anybody else has the similar type and what the have done.

If you haven't tried this, Go to the open box in the upper right corner of your screen and type in Insular Cortex and hit the looking glass. Nothing on Left Insular Cortex , but there is a link for Insular Cortex

I had my AVM in the right insuöar lobe....was removed successfully.
