It has been a while since I have been online, but I guess it has taken me some time to come to terms with condition and to heal emotionally and psychologically. I am undergoing gamma knife radiation in exactly a month from today. I’m pretty nervous about it! For those who have had this treatment, how were your experiences with it? If you feel comfterable enough to share!
A week ago my older sister posted a video of me singing at her wedding just a few weeks after my AVM was discovered and I had my first treatment. What she wrote is beautiful, and I hope it will brighten someone’s day! Keep strong everyone and stay hopeful!
