Hi Anna

I am facing this decision too for my 12 yrs old son. Saw the specialist and highly recommends gamma knife procedure as he is young. But he mentioned the pros and cons as the size of his AVM is huge and may not be able to dissolve all of it but decrease it.

Thanks for sharing as I am in a dilemma for gamma knife procedure or do nothing. My son is 12 yrs old and it was highly recommended to do the gamma knife radiation by the specialist on Monday. Not sure what to do yet.
