Face tingling and ear ringing

just wondering if anyone has been experiencing tingling in their face and ringing in their ears

Hello,

I experience a slight bit of tingling on the top of my head. The tingling seems to get a bit worse when I get excited or angry about something. I had to stop watching the news. It was getting to stressful and my head was going crazy with the tingling sensation. I do not have the ringing in my ears, but I do feel as if I experience a bit of pressure in them from time to time, with no real reason for it to be happening. I hope this helps you.
