Hello everyone i am sanjay suffering with DAVF Type 2A+B. I had undergone the embolization process and blocked the blood flow. Is it is safe for me to go to gym and do the exercises please suggest me and i also lost right eye due to this disease.
I think we are all different and you should discuss with your doctor. My doc cleared me for full activity following gamma knife. I went through a long period post bleed where all I was allowed to do was walk. I was then allowed to bike, jog and light weights. Then up to whatever i could handle, knowing the risk was elevated some but he felt negligible for me. I didn’t add anything without the doctor’s concurrence. Take Care, John.
