I'm Jonathan and new to the site. My dear friend was recently diagnosed with possible AVM. We're going to Mt Sinai on Miami Beach next week for our first visit with the neurologists.
Has anyone had any positive experiences with DR's in South Florida or anywhere else in the state they could recommend?

Emergency Crainiotomy 2009 neuroseurgeon: Thomas E. Paine, in Melbourne, hour north of Miami-- or so... He saved my life in '09' I found him a little peculisar; however, I find my entire world pecuiliar -- post-bleed ! But my bleed was Very complicated, AND he may be credited with saving my life! I was at Holmes Regional Medical Center in Melborne, Hope this helps?
