I had surgery on friday and I came home on Sunday!! My surgery went well and it was confirmed with an angiogram on Saturday they got it all!! I have to go for a follow up appt in May and then the Dr doesn't expect to see me for another year afterwards. They did find I had a bleed previously but must not have had any adverse effects! If you live in the Seattle area the Dr who performed the surgery is Dr. Kim at Harborview and in my book he's the best!!!
Congratulations Cheryl! Doesn't seem possible to have brain surgery and be home within 2 days does it?! Rest up and best wishes!
