Censorship: a slippery slope

Censoring speech is slippery slope. Especially on a site that has open discussions about such serious medical conditions, treatments, and experiences. Seems very suspect to post this disclaimer. GK

Yes it is, Greg. And we do very little of it. But ours is a very special mission too: providing a place that is safe and supportive for people who are already dealing with so much. The Covid issue was a tough one for us, but we decided that given the large number of sources of information for all things covid-related, there was no need for us to go there. And at the time, there was almost no condition-specific research for us to refer to. So, like politics and religion (and for the same reason) Covid was not going to be one of topics of discussion here. And normally, it still isn’t.

This conversation is about one’s personal experience, and it includes a link to interesting condition-specific bona fide research. This is something of value, and we are happy that this discussion is taking place.
