I am not sure about Facial head area AVMS. I saw a specialist in NYC at Roosevelt Hospital, Dr. Berenstein. He treats a lot of AVMs. I am treating in Johnson City, NY. I have a cerebral AVM that is very complex and very large. I am sorry I am not able to help more. I hope you find your answers soon
