I started a new seizures medication called Aptiom and have extreme migraines but the seizures seem to be decreased. Has anyone experienced this?

I don’t take Aptiom, but headaches are listed under the most common adverse reactions. Having a discussion with your doctor is a good next step. Hang in there, Brooke. It seems to be an elusive solution for some people, but most get the desired relief after working with their doc. My mix is Levetiracetm and Gabapentin. All the best!
