For anyone with a head injury i would recommend the Rehabilitation Unit at Sevenoaks. I was there for 8 weeks thanks to Kings college referral. There are 11 or 12 beds and you basically live in this lovely unit with other people. You get your own room and all meals etc are at a shared table. TV room etc etc. Days are structured by Physio, Occupational Therapy, Physchology and other activities.
You need to be recommended to get in there.
I was an AVM bleed with left side stroke. Got me much better quicker than had i stayed at home. You can go there from anywhere in the UK i think.
