2010 Machinima Expo - Freeta Kayo Nominated!

You have all seen the Machinima Documentary Success Begets Success by Freeta Kayo, that was made at Dogland Park. It has been selected as one of the finalists in the 2010 Machinima Expo. Here is the letter Freeta received.

Hello Freeta!

I am happy to report to you that your film, "Success Begets Success," is one of sixteen selections (out of over 200 submissions) being put up for the consideration of the jury at the 2010 Machinima Expo in Second Life. This means that your film is guaranteed a prominent screening (in full) during the week of the event, and is also eligible for one of the jury prizes if your film is voted one of the five finalists. Congratulations!

The full list of jury nominees will shortly be available at: http://machiniplex.net/expo/ And you are free to announce this nomination to your friends and fans whenever you like.

As the festival grows nearer, a screening schedule will be made available so you know exactly what times your film will be playing during the weekend of the event. The jury vote results will be announced live at the Expo in Second Life.

Your attendance is not required to win any of the awards, but we'd like to know who is planning on attending. Could you RSVP and let us know by reply to this email whether you plan to attend the Expo event itself? Details about the date/time/location will be available at www.machinima-expo.com.

Cheers, and again, congratulations!
