I am 5.5 years post Gamma. A cerebral angiogram indicates that the AVM has most likely occluded BUT Gamma did a number on my poor brain so it’s hard to get a great image. I refuse to look again until 21018.
Apparently they treated my non-ruptured AVM quite aggressively and I reacted with massive swelling causing epilepsy and permanent brain damage.
I have been off on disability since 2011. I have great days where I think I am ready to rejoin the work force and be somebody again then bam… four days where I can’t finish my sentences because I forget what I was thinking or I get lost in my own house.
I really need to connect with people who have brain injuries, epilepsy and avm.
