Long Distance air travel

Hi

I was diagnosed with an AVM in 2013, Have gone through 2 Gamma Knife surgery. Doctors are happy with results as it is reducing. I need to visit my parents in Sri Lanka, (Havent done for the last four years) The flight is about 9 nine hours. Just wondering if any body has been advised not to travel or has any experience of this sort. Would be thankful if you can share some knowledge or experiance,

I have an active, untreated AVM and I work as a flight attendant so I am on a plane, flying for many hours a day with no issues.

As always though, I suggest you talk to your doctor as everyone’s situation is different.
