Exercise with dural av fistula

I know what exercise I can/cant do but what i dont know is heart rate. does anyone here know what is the ‘safe’ range heart rate? I will wear a heart monitor but I dont know the maximum heart rate - what number NOT to go above. in a healthy person of my age (51) its 169 but i have no idea what it is for someone with a dural av fistula. does anyone know? I honestly cant face contacting my neurologist again!!! Thanks

@jap001 I think you need to contact your neuro- Sorry I have no idea. I usually keep mine around 130-140- My DAVF is sealed and I seriously cant recall if I was told. I normally just swim, do pilates, walk and do some tread mill and the regular PT stuff

I want to learn how to ice skate but my family does not want me to do of fear of falling on my head.

I stated to play pickle ball with some senior citizens last year and they were super competitve and I ended up falling and giving myself a black eye and I am the youngest person there easily by 25 years!
I had to laugh!
