Well, I think its time to update everyone that has prayed, wished me well, or thought about me in the past few days...

Last Thursday I went into UT hospital for a very serious rare spinal cord disease that was very rapidly paralyzing me from the waist down..

I had an awesome neurosurgeon Dr. William Snider, who dove in to the challenge and successfully and delicately completed the challenge....

I was flat on my back for 48 hrs, and due to sit up for the first time last Saturday evening, when I started having chest pains and found out I was in the middle of a heart attack..

I was rushed to the OR where i met a very thorough and gentle man Dr. Crook

He informed that if I didnt have this stent placed in my main arterey I would die.

He also informed me that if he did the surgery that I was at a very high risk of dying or being paralyzed, due to the spinal cord surgery it was too soon to have blood thinners and i was at risk of bleeding out... so

I was faced with telling my two beautiful daughters goodbye that night not knowing if I was gonna make it through the night.... the hardest thing I EVER had to face...

Needless to say.....I'M ALIVE!!!!!!!! and Thanks , Glory, and Honor goes to God in Heaven... and to every prayer that was uttered by you my friends and even strangers that didnt know me.....

I'm still in the hospital, confined to bed rest because of a minor blood clot waiting to be dissolved... but prayerful and hopeful that I will be home soon!!!

My baby just posted on her staus that reached out and grabbed my heart and spoke to me...so I want to repost for you....

In him we were also chosen, having been predestined according to the plan of him who works out everything in conformity with the purpose of his will,
Ephesians 1:11

Again THANK YOU everyone!!!

Excellent news. Rehab/PT (presumably next step) is hard work but keep your eye on the prize.
