Difference between Radiosurgery and Cyberknife???

Hello everyone. I've gotten a ton of brochures in the mail as I am a candidate for both of these procedures within the next few months. I was just wondering what is the main different between Radiosurgery and cyberknife. Since my bleed I sometimes have a hard time comprehending all the medical jargon and mumbo-jumbo :-)

Maybe someone can put it into easier terms for me.

Thanks!
