Had anyone dealt with their child having "anger issues after craniotomy
My son is 10 years old and had his craniotomy at the end of October, physically he is doing great, back at school active again with limits. However he seems to have developed some terrible anger issues. For example, when his teacher says good morning to him his reponse is what is good about it. He also seems to cry alot. These are things he never would have done before his craniotomy. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this kind of behavior from their child. I have been in contact with our nuerosurgeon and we are working on getting an appointment so my son can meet with a nueropsychologist.

Out of curiosity, are any of your kids on Dylantin for seizures? When my son was on it, it made him very susceptible to fits of anger, and he focused his anger on his little brother. Once he got off of the stuff, he went back to normal. It could be that the anti-seizure meds are causing these anger issues rather than something psychological. Just a thought.

it went good he wants to do a big test on me he has to open the top of my leg then put a tiny cam up my leg into my head i will be put to sleep for it he wants to look at it.
