Dear Aussies,
I would like to ask you for recommendations of AVM expert neurosurgeon. Preferably in Melbourne but will consider other locations in Australia.
I am looking for a second opinion from an experienced AVM surgeon.
You can send me a private message if you don't like to be public ;)
Thank you

Permalink Reply by Caroline Viles on December 3, 2011 at 4:14am Professor Jeffrey Rosenfeld at the Alfred Hospital,Melbourne, is one of the world's best. It is a public hospital but he takes private patients... many high profile - Jim Steins the footballer. I had him by chance - I was rushed to emergency there for an emergency AVM hemorage/craniotomy. He saved my life. Good Luck!
