Pins and Needles

Has anyone found a way to lessen the weird and tingly pins and needles sensation? I have them from time to time and it goes from my left arm to my back to all over accompanied at times with numbness and most recently in my face. :-/ Its SO annoying and unfortunately makes me one grouchy person to be around when it gets really bad.
